| Your
orders ship directly from our distribution center located in Northwest
Georgia. All orders must be shipped or delivered within our Coverage
Area direct warehouse pick up is not available at this time. |
|
|
Most
credit and debit card orders are shipped the same day if made by noon and
telephone, mail or fax orders are shipped once payment is received. CFS
Janitorial Supply, Inc. also offers Net Terms accounts and we ship those
orders upon receipt as well. All orders EXCEPT for hazardous and other
large items are shipped via ground delivery 1 - 2 business days after they
are placed through a carrier of our choice (UPS, USPS, etc). We then ship
your order based on inventory levels and should arrive in 1-3 days.
CFS Janitorial Supply does not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico, International/Overseas addresses, Post Office Boxes, Private mail
box location, APO/FPO addresses or on weekends.
Truck Orders:
Orders exceeding 150 lbs will be sent
by truck line to your curbside with inside delivery costing extra. If the
order must be split between UPS and truck, you must notify us immediately
by telephone or email. Truck orders arrive Monday through Friday from 8:00
am to 5:00 pm. If the shipment must be redelivered, the freight company
charges a redelivery charge of $65.00 which is the responsibility of the
customer. There may be additional fees if the delivery address is changed
after the order has left our dock, from $35.00 to $50.00.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated based
on the type of shipping service you specify (ground, next day, second day,
etc.) of each item and the actual weight, distance traveled and. Items
of differing size/weight may ship independently, by different methods,
even if ordered together. Items that are too large will be sent by truck
with a $60 minimum shipping fee for truck deliveries and someone must be
present to accept truck deliveries at dock facility designed to receive
freight. Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping fees will be charged
for shipments to anywhere in the contiguous United States, using a carrier
of our choice. Twenty-four hour notification, residential deliveries, lift
gate, or inside deliveries are available for an additional charge. Any
extra charges incurred for additional services, such as customer's carrier
or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the consignee. Items
backordered from an order qualifying for prepaid shipping charges will
be shipped prepaid. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender
of shipment to the carrier.
Handling and Processing Fees:
CFS Janitorial Supply, Inc.does not
charge a standard handling or processing fee.
Hazardous Item(s):
Certain items are classified as hazardous
(for example, bleach or corrosive identified items) by carriers and these
items require an additional handling fee. CFS Janitorial Supply, Inc. must
ship such items with a Common Carrier/LTL and does NOT ship Hazardous Material
via standard carrier. These orders ship within 5 business days from when
it was made. Delivery will be approximately 3 to 5 business days once it
has shipped. Bleach or ammonia must be delivered by truck and require a
$65.00 delivery charge. We will notify you via email or telephone
of the shipping charges if any item that cannot be shipped UPS.
Free Shipping:
CFS
Janitorial Supply, Inc. offers FREE shipping on orders over $169 that are
also 65 lbs. or less, shipping within the contiguous United States. We
reserve the right to choose the best method of shipment on all orders that
qualify for Free Shipping. This Free Shipping offer is applicable to a
subtotal of $169 after any discounts are applied. We ship via both Fedex
and UPS to provide you with the best shipping rates. All items normally
ship via Standard Ground Delivery unless otherwise noted and there is no
minimum order.
At CFS Janitorial Supply, Inc., we offer free shipping on orders that are
over $1,800.00 shipping within the contiguous United States, except on
special orders or non stocking items. Orders must be placed on our website
to qualify for free shipping and we reserve the right to choose the best
method of shipment on all orders that qualify for free shipping.
Order Tracking:
You will receive an email with your
ordering information, including tracking number(s), once your order is
placed. Please remember to include your email address on all orders.
Back Orders:
In the unlikely event that any item
in your order is unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder
of your order immediately and ship the balance as soon as it is available
with no additional shipping charges. Please allow up to 7-14 business days
for delivery of back ordered items.
Cancellations:
Due to our commitment to process your
orders efficiently, orders cannot be canceled once submitted as our warehouse
is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. Please
contact Customer Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number
if you have placed an order in error. CFS Janitorial Supply, Inc.is not
responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return items to our warehouse. |
