contacting our customer service team, we will give you a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number (“RMA”). We simply ask that you return the item(s)
within fifteen (15) days of the purchased date in the original packaging,
re-sellable condition with no additional marking and/labeling on the packaging
or obvious signs of use so we can restock and process your return. |

RETURN MERCHANDISE FORM
Under certain circumstances, a 15% restocking fee will apply as well
as shipping and handling fees. Unfortunately, we are not able to
accept returns beyond fifteen (15)days of purchase, items that are special
orders, damaged, discontinued, non-stock or close-out items. Also,
all floor machines and other equipment sales are final and covered by factory
warranties. Due to legal liabilities, glassware, opened software, consumables,
medical items, and perishables are not returnable. If an item is damaged
in shipping, please contact our customer service department at 1800-868-7948
so we can begin a claim with the shipping carrier. We will refund
your item less shipping and handling as soon as we receive the product
in our warehouse.
Discrepancies:
In the event of invoice or shipment discrepancies, please notify
CFS Janitorial and Office Supply Inc.’ customer service department at 800-868-7948
within five (15) days of receipt.
General Order(s):
For CFS Janitorial and Office Supplies Inc., to continue passing
along substantial savings to our customers, we must require a minimum order
of $40.00. If you are unable to meet the ordering minimum, a $5 charge
will be added to your order.
Small Package(s):
CFS Janitorial and Office Supply Inc will utilize standard UPS
Ground for parcel shipments. UPS ground rates apply for all shipments
within the continental U.S. except within our free local delivery area.
Back Order(s):
While we stock a wide-range of products, we may experience back
orders. CFS Janitorial and Office Supply Inc. will ship back orders when
product is available or combine with future customer shipments. Back orders
of non-stocked items will be charged shipping and handling accordingly
expect within our free local delivery area. |
