designed our website that way! Once you have found the items(s) you wish
to purchase, simply add it to your shopping cart, it's that simple. When
you have completed shopping, click the "CHECKOUT NOW" button to
easily pay for your purchase. For the safety and security of our online
customers, we employ 128-bit encryption and never store credit card information
on our servers. |

| Your
orders are processed within 48 business hours typically, although some
items may occasionally require additional time depending on stock availability.
The shipping time may vary depending on your location and items ordered.
CFS Janitorial Supply will do everything within our power to complete the
process as quickly as possible, however we cannot guarantee all transit
times. |

| We
ship UPS Ground on all UPS shippable orders. Freight will be calculated
and displayed online for you once you place an item in your shopping cart.
We normally ship all orders placed Mon - Fri before 12 noon EDT on the
same day and orders over *$1800.00 will receive free freight! CFS Janitorial
Supply does not currently ship orders overseas (International) or to Hawaii,
Puerto Rico, Mexico, or Canada. |

Once
your order shows signed for upon delivery, CFS Janitorial Supply, Inc.
is not responsible for the reshipment or a refund of that order.
Please inspect all packages once delivered for any signs of damage and
contact us for instructions if that should happen, however we are committed
to quality processes from the first point of contact and will do our best
to assure that your order arrives as expected!
CFS Janitorial Supply is not responsible for the reshipment or refund of
any order that shows signed for upon delivery. Please inspect all packages
at time of delivery to check for any obvious signs of damage.
Non-Shippable Items
Some items carried by CFS Janitorial
Supply are not UPS shippable due to either the size of the package or the
chemical nature of the item(s). The nearest warehouse location will deliver
to you via truck if an item is not shippable through UPS for a $57
surcharge.
Backorders
We rarely experience a backorder situation
but if you place an order for an item currently out of stock, CFS Supply
will notify you immediately either by telephone or e-mail and discuss other
possible options to fulfill your needs.
Special Orders:
Delivery of special order items may
take anywhere from 2-3 weeks in some cases as they are normally shipped
directly from the manufacturer. Please call us if you need more specific
detail concering processing time of these items. Any cancellation must
be received within 24 hours and we cannot accept returns.
APO/FPO:
CFS Janitorial Supply will charge
actual cost of the freight from the U.S. Post Office to the domestic APO/FPO
destination, and we will contact you in regard to the additional freight
that may be applicable. Final delivery of the order will be subject to
the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services. CFS Janitorial Supply is
not able to ship liquid or aerosol products to APO/FPO locations, and tracking
information and insurance is not available.
Cancellations:
CFS Supply processes your orders quickly
and our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack it for shipment
once it is placed, therefore placed orders cannot be cancelled. The only
exception are products from our outdoors category and those may be cancelled
by calling us directly or by written notification within 24 hours of the
order being placed to avoid any additional shipping cost. |
